Insurance and Final Payments The Holiday Cancellation Scheme provides cover against cancellation due to Death, Accident, Illness, Jury Service and Redundancy. It does not cover any of these currently in existence at the time of, or prior to your reservation. In the event of cancellation, all you have to do is to provide a copy of a Doctor's Certificate, a copy letter of Jury Service or Redundancy. Your financial obligation for your reservation is then covered by this cancellation Scheme. Holiday Cancellation Insurance £2.00 per person per day children sharing parents room in cot are free of charge. We require all guests to be covered by Holiday Cancellation Insurance, but we will be pleased to accept your own protection provided proof is submitted at the time of booking. Payment in full by cheque (Personal or Building Society) six weeks prior to commencement of holiday (Booking Deposit transfers at this time to security deposit which is refunded within one week of vacating cottage) no reminder will be sent. Payment in full on day of arrival will be accepted by credit card, and is subject to a handling charge, or by cash. Any type of cheque will not be acceptable.
